The blind equalization technology can reduce Intersymbol Interference (ISI), compensate the channel's characteristic and renew transmitting signals accurately ,so it becomes the key technique in the wireless communication system. The step-size of Godard algorithm can affect the convergence result. In this paper, a new Godard blind equalization algorithm based on the fuzzy neural network (FNN) controlling step-size is proposed, and it using the control functions to improve the control precision of step-size. The capability of the new algorithm is proved by computer simulation.
