目的 了解辽宁省乡村医生的工作满意度情况,探讨其相关影响因素,为相关政策的制定提供依据.方法 对辽宁省6个示范县的2 682名乡村医生进行工作满意度方面的问卷调查.结果 乡村医生总体工作满意率为64.62%,在收入状况(24.98%)、工作量(39.34%)、个人发展(47.05%)和社会地位(50.34%)几个方面的满意度较差.农合定点(OR=2.19)、私人主办(OR=1.29)、年轻、学历高(OR=1.58)及当地居民收入水平相对较低(OR=2.52)的乡村医生总体满意度较高. 结论应重视影响乡村医生工作满意度的因素,进一步提高其工作满意度,以便更好地服务于辖区居民.
目的 瞭解遼寧省鄉村醫生的工作滿意度情況,探討其相關影響因素,為相關政策的製定提供依據.方法 對遼寧省6箇示範縣的2 682名鄉村醫生進行工作滿意度方麵的問捲調查.結果 鄉村醫生總體工作滿意率為64.62%,在收入狀況(24.98%)、工作量(39.34%)、箇人髮展(47.05%)和社會地位(50.34%)幾箇方麵的滿意度較差.農閤定點(OR=2.19)、私人主辦(OR=1.29)、年輕、學歷高(OR=1.58)及噹地居民收入水平相對較低(OR=2.52)的鄉村醫生總體滿意度較高. 結論應重視影響鄉村醫生工作滿意度的因素,進一步提高其工作滿意度,以便更好地服務于轄區居民.

Objective To investigate the satisfaction of rural doctors and its related influencing factors in Liaoning Province so as to supply data for establishment of relative policies.Methods Questionnaire surveys on the satisfaction of 2 682 rural doctors from 6 model counties in Liaoning province were conducted. Results The total satisfaction rate of rural doctors to their own work was 64.62%,however the satisfaction rates of personal income (24.98%),work load(39.34%),personal development(47.05%) and social status (50.34%) were lower. The total satisfaction rate of rural doctors,who work at the rural cooperative medical stations (OR=2.19),were private owners (OR=1.29),were younger and with higher education background (OR=1.58),as well as who work at the regions where the residents' income was higher (OR=2.52),was higher.Conclusion The factors influencing the satisfaction of rural doctors should focused on so as to improve their working satisfaction and to service the local residents better.
