反腐败斗争是我国当前和今后长时期全社会重大的政治任务。对青少年反腐意识培养和廉洁品格塑造是反腐败斗争的治本之举。由于人民警察职业权力和工作对象的特殊性,对公安院校大学生进行廉洁从警教育显得尤为重要和迫切。因此,必须加强公安院校廉洁从警教育的系统化和常态化建设。本文重点尝试设定了公安院校廉洁从警教育系统化各种构筑要素及其职责、目标、任务,以及实现途径、监督检查机制和奖惩措施,阐释了如何通过各种要素之间的良性互动来保证廉洁从警教育较好的实效性。并论证了公安院校廉洁从警教育系统化常态化的教育、教学内容、方法手段和要达到的预期目的等。

The fighting against corruption is the major political task of the whole society in China for a long time.Training awareness of anticorruption and shaping character of integrity for young people is the radical move to fight against corruption.As the specialty of the police powers and the objects of the work,it is particularly important and urgent to conduct education of honesty to public security college students.Therefore,we must strengthen the systematic and normalized construction of police education of honesty in public security institutions.This article focused on the elements,responsibilities,goals,tasks, means of realization,supervision and inspection mechanisms and incentives,and explained how to ensure a good and effective education through the interaction between the various elements.And the paper also demonstrated the systematic and normalized education of honesty,teaching content,methods,means,and intended purpose and so on.
