环境友好型城市作为一种新的城市发展模式,是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的必然要求,是落实科学发展观的重要举措。文章在对环境友好型城市内涵进行界定的基础上,从环境对人友好、人对环境友好两个维度构建了指标体系,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的环境友好型城市评价模型,并对中部六省省会城市的环境友好型城市建设情况进行了评价。

As a new model of city development, the environment-friendly city is the need to build an e conomic and environment-friendly society and the important measure to implement the scientific out look on development. In this paper,on the basis of the definition of the environment-friendly city, an indicator system is set up from two dimensions including human's friendliness to environment and environment's friendliness to human. And by using entropy weight TOPSIS method, an evaluation model is established to evaluate the environment-friendly city construction of six provincial capitals in central region of China.
