采用非均相成核法在 PDP 用 BaAl12O19:Mn2+绿色荧光粉表面包覆 MgF2晶体.通过精确控制包覆工艺参数,XRD,SEM 和 TEM 分析表明荧光粉表面包覆一层厚度约 40~50 nm 均匀致密的 MgF2晶体.包覆荧光粉空气中 600℃灼烧一小时后相对亮度为 99%,抗热劣化性能明显提高.

BaAl12O19:Mn2+ phosphors were coated with a uniform compact MgF2 film according to the heterogeneous nucleation method. By precisely controlling the parameters of coating process, XRD and SEM analysis confirm the phosphors were coated with a uniform compact MgF2 film. TEM analysis indi-cates the thickness of the MgF2 film is about 40~50 nm. The property of resistance to thermal degradation is promoted obviously by coating BaAl12O19:Mn2+ phosphors with MgF2. The relative luminance of coated phosphors after baking at 600℃ for an hour in air reaches 99%.
