通过对黄河上游首曲湿地保护区内实施退牧还草项目后的草地生态系统的生产经济价值和生态服务价值的估算,分析了退牧还草项目的实施效益.结果表明,项目实施后,该区内的草地地上生产力提高了13.65%~29.29%,盖度提高了12.06%~22.76%.玛曲境内休牧草地和禁牧草地的生产经济价值分别为0.13亿元和0.10亿元,分别比对照提高了28.84%和21.55%;休牧草地和禁牧草地的生态服务价值分别为83.32亿元和78.62亿元,分别比对照提高了18.64亿元和13.94亿元.退牧还草项目的实施,显著改善了区内草地生态系统的直接经济效益和间接生态效益.

Benefit of the returning grazing land to protected grassland project was analyzed by assessment of direct economic values and indirect ecological service values on grassland ecosystem in wetland protection area of Maqu in the upper reaches of Yellow River. Results showed that aboveground productivity and vegetation coverage increased by 13.65% to 29.29% and 12.06% to 22.76% respectively after the project was conducted. The direct economic values of grasslands were 0.13 × 108 yuan and 0.10× 108 yuan for rest-grazing region and grazing-prohibition region in Maqu,which were increased by 28.84% and 21.55%,respectively. The indirect ecological service values of grasslands were 83.32 × 108 yuan and 78.62 × 108 yuan for rest-grazing region and grazing-prohibition region, which were increased by 18.64 × 108 yuan and 13.94 × 108 yuan, respectively. It revealed that the project significantly increased the direct economic benefits and indirect ecological benefits in Maqu.
