采用溶剂浮选法对大黄提取液中的芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酚以及大黄素甲醚进行了分离富集,并用高效液相色谱法分别测定了其含量.考察了料液浓度、浮选溶剂、浮选时间、浮选液pH值、氮气流速和电解质NaCl浓度对浮选效率的影响,并与泡沫浮选法和溶剂萃取法进行了比较.结果表明:溶剂萃取效果最差,泡沫浮选次之,溶剂浮选法分离富集效果最好.当料液浓度为6.4 mg/mL, 浮选时间为30 min,浮选液pH=1~2,氮气流速为20 mL/min,电解质NaCl浓度为0.4 mol/L时,溶剂浮选效率最佳.

The active constituents of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were separated and enriched by solvent flotation and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was applied to determine four major active constituents(aloe-emodin,emodin,chrysophanol,and physcion) .The effects of flotation solvent, pH of the solution, the flow rate of nitrogen gas, flotation time and the concentration of NaCl on the flotation efficiency were investigated. Solvent flotation was compared with foam flotation and solvent extraction. The experimental results showed that the highest efficiency of separation and enrichment were obtained by solvent flotation. The optimum conditions for the flotation solvent are the concentration feed of 6.4 mg/mL, flotation time of 30 min,pH of 1~2,the flow rate of nitrogen gas of 20 mL/min, the concentration of NaCl of 0.4 mol/L.
