目的 分析山核桃青果皮中的挥发油化学成分.方法 采用固相微萃取法从山核桃青果皮中提取挥发油化学成分,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行鉴定,用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对百分含量.结果 分离得到65个组分,鉴定出其中55个成分,所鉴定的组分占总峰面积的95.5%.结论 山核桃青果皮中主要成分为(反式)-1- (2,6-二羟基-4-甲氧苯基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮(36.69%)、β-谷甾醇(11.83%)、十六酸(10.762%)、(Z,Z) -9,12-十八烷二烯酸(6.644%)、2,3-二羟丙-反-油酸丙酯(6.538%)等.
目的 分析山覈桃青果皮中的揮髮油化學成分.方法 採用固相微萃取法從山覈桃青果皮中提取揮髮油化學成分,應用氣相色譜-質譜聯用技術對其進行鑒定,用峰麵積歸一化法計算各組分的相對百分含量.結果 分離得到65箇組分,鑒定齣其中55箇成分,所鑒定的組分佔總峰麵積的95.5%.結論 山覈桃青果皮中主要成分為(反式)-1- (2,6-二羥基-4-甲氧苯基)-3-苯基-2-丙烯-1-酮(36.69%)、β-穀甾醇(11.83%)、十六痠(10.762%)、(Z,Z) -9,12-十八烷二烯痠(6.644%)、2,3-二羥丙-反-油痠丙酯(6.538%)等.
목적 분석산핵도청과피중적휘발유화학성분.방법 채용고상미췌취법종산핵도청과피중제취휘발유화학성분,응용기상색보-질보련용기술대기진행감정,용봉면적귀일화법계산각조분적상대백분함량.결과 분리득도65개조분,감정출기중55개성분,소감정적조분점총봉면적적95.5%.결론 산핵도청과피중주요성분위(반식)-1- (2,6-이간기-4-갑양분기)-3-분기-2-병희-1-동(36.69%)、β-곡치순(11.83%)、십륙산(10.762%)、(Z,Z) -9,12-십팔완이희산(6.644%)、2,3-이간병-반-유산병지(6.538%)등.
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil in the green peel of Carya cathayensis Sarg.Methods The chemical constituents extracted from the green peel of Carya Cathayensis Sarg.by SPME separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Results Sixty-five kinds of components were separated.Among them,fifty-five components were identified,accounting about 95.5% of the total chemical constituents.Conclusion The main chemical constituents of the green peel of Carya Cathayensis Sarg are 2-Propen-1-one,1-(2,6-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) -3-phenyl-(E)(36.69%)、24(Z) -methyl-25-homocholesterol (11.83%)、Hexadecanoic acid(10.762%)、9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(6.644%)、2,3-Dihydroxypropyl elaidate(6.538%)ect.
