目前,大学生形势与政策教育理论读物（或教材）缺乏针对性、实效性,主要表现在：教材编写缺乏规范、不能做到常编常新、教学队伍对于教材的把握不够、缺少社会实践对教材的支撑等;主要原因有：教材编著的领导机制不健全、保障机制缺乏、教材编著队伍结构和素质存在缺陷、教材内容缺乏创新等;改进措施有：将教材编著制度化,教材的结构、形式和语言表达要灵活、生动、活泼,提高教材编著队伍的素质,加大实践教学对于教材的支撑等。
목전,대학생형세여정책교육이론독물（혹교재）결핍침대성、실효성,주요표현재：교재편사결핍규범、불능주도상편상신、교학대오대우교재적파악불구、결소사회실천대교재적지탱등;주요원인유：교재편저적령도궤제불건전、보장궤제결핍、교재편저대오결구화소질존재결함、교재내용결핍창신등;개진조시유：장교재편저제도화,교재적결구、형식화어언표체요령활、생동、활발,제고교재편저대오적소질,가대실천교학대우교재적지탱등。
Nowadays the theoretical reading material about situation and policy for college students lack of pertinence and effectiveness such as the non-standardized teaching material during compiling,failing to renew the material as soon as possible,etc.There are several reasons for this problem.The leadership mechanism is not perfect.The safeguard mechanism is in short supply.The compiling team for teaching material has many defects.The content lack of innovation,etc.Thus,the improving measures are presented in this paper：（1） to make the compiling institutionalization;（2） the structure,form and language expression of teaching material should be flexible and lively;（3） to improve the quality of compiling team;（4） practical teaching should strengthen the influence on teaching materials.
