糖耐量减低(IGT)、空腹血糖受损(IFG)是正常糖代谢发展到糖尿病的一个过渡阶段,与糖尿病的发牛密切相关.研究表明,对此类人群给予药物、非药物干预可以明显减少2型糖尿病的发生,具有重要的临床意义.本文就2型糖尿病的药物与非药物干预的相关研究作一综述.

Impaired glUeose tolerance(IGT) and impaired fasting glucose (IFG),which are closed ly related to the development of future diabetes,are transitional stages from normal Slucose metabolism to dia betes.Clinical studies have shown that the strategies for lifestyle modification and drug therapies can prevent or at least delay the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus in individuals at high risk.Optimal strategies for disease modification at the stages of pre-diabetes is really important.This article reviews non-pharmacological and pharmacological intervention strategies to prevent type 2 diabetes.
