目的 比较制丸机-微波干燥法与泛丸法-烘箱法制备六味地黄丸的质量.方法 以丸的重量差异、崩解时限、马钱苷的含量及溶出度为指标,比较2种方法制备六味地黄丸的质量.结果 制丸机-微波干燥法制备的六味地黄丸含量高、崩解时限短、重量差异更易于控制.结论 采用制丸机-微波干燥法制的六味地黄丸的质量优于泛丸法-烘箱法制备六味地黄丸的质量,过程简单可控.

Objective To compare the preperation of Liuweidihuang granules with 2 methods: pill-marking madine-microwave drying and sugar coater-oven method drying.Methods Using the weight variation,collapse time limit,loganin,and dissolution as indexes to compare the quality of Liuweidihuang granules with the 2 methods.Results The pills had a low collapse time limit and a high content.The weight variation was easy to control with pill-marking madine-microwave drying.Conclusion Pill-marking madine-microwave drying is better than the sugar coater-oven method drying.The preparation process is simple and easy to control.
