提出了激光跟踪仪测角误差的位移标定方法,通过在跟踪仪的切向位置上引入标准位移量,根据余弦定理对跟踪仪的角度码盘的误差进行标定.在小位移的情况下,跟踪仪角度的变化量很小,由此引入的非线性误差可以忽略,测角误差可以通过位移误差直接反映出来,当给定的标准位移测量不确定度已知时,其角度标定的不确定度可以直接估算出来.
提齣瞭激光跟蹤儀測角誤差的位移標定方法,通過在跟蹤儀的切嚮位置上引入標準位移量,根據餘絃定理對跟蹤儀的角度碼盤的誤差進行標定.在小位移的情況下,跟蹤儀角度的變化量很小,由此引入的非線性誤差可以忽略,測角誤差可以通過位移誤差直接反映齣來,噹給定的標準位移測量不確定度已知時,其角度標定的不確定度可以直接估算齣來.

An effective method base of on the small displacement alone the tangent line in a laser tracker spherical coordinate system is described. Since the angular errors of the tracker only bring a point uncertainty in tangent plane, if a nominal displacement of a point in this angent plane is given, the difference between a point displacement and a nominal displacement can indicate the angular error in a given direction by cosine equation transformation. As in the situation of a small displacement, the angular change of the tracker is also small, so the unlinear error introduced by angle measurement is negligible. In such case, angular error can be evaluated directly by the displacement difference. When the measurement uncertainty of nominal displacement is known, the uncertainty of tracker angle measurement is made certain. This method can evaluate the angle measurement error of the tracker with a very high accuracy.
