通过改变前驱物碱式碳酸锌的结晶度、尺寸和形貌,控制合成了分别由剑状晶须和纳米片自组装而成的多角星星形和花形氧化锌分级纳米结构.运用X-射线衍射和场发射电镜两种技术手段对所得产物进行了表征,并研究了产物的光致发光性能.在氧化锌分级纳米结构的形成过程中,前驱物碱式碳酸锌起到了重要的作用.
通過改變前驅物堿式碳痠鋅的結晶度、呎吋和形貌,控製閤成瞭分彆由劍狀晶鬚和納米片自組裝而成的多角星星形和花形氧化鋅分級納米結構.運用X-射線衍射和場髮射電鏡兩種技術手段對所得產物進行瞭錶徵,併研究瞭產物的光緻髮光性能.在氧化鋅分級納米結構的形成過程中,前驅物堿式碳痠鋅起到瞭重要的作用.

ZnO hierarchical nanostructures with multipod star- and flower-like morphologies, self-assembled with sword-like whiskers and nanosheets, respectively, have been controllably synthesized by changing the crystallinity, size and shape of the precursor Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6. The products were characterized using X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy techniques. Photoluminescence spectra of multipod star- and flower-like ZnO hierarchical nanostructures were investigated. The role that precursor Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 played on the formation of ZnO hierarchical nanostructures was briefly discussed.
