目的探讨肾功能检查在挤压综合征诊断和治疗过程中的有效运用.方法对16例挤压综合征患者诊治过程中的尿常规检查和血液肾功能检查结果进行分析.结果所有患者均出现血清钾离子、肌酐和尿素氮浓度的快速显著升高;尿量减少,尿蛋白实验阳性,水平从+至+++不等;12例患者出现血尿和肌红蛋白尿.经以补液、利尿、血液透析和全身营养支持为主的综合治疗后尿量恢复正常,血清钾离子、肌酐和尿素氮浓度逐渐下降,10例基本治愈的患者各项指标均恢复至正常水平.结论应定时检查患者的肾功能确保对挤压综合征诊断和治疗的有效性.

Objective To study the effective usage of renal function examination in the diagnosis and treatment of crush syndrome.Methods The laboratory result of renal function examination of 16 cases were analyzed.Results In all cases serum potassium,creatinine and urea were rise rapidly and significantly,urine protein test was positive,urine hematuria and myoglobinuria were existed in 11 cases.After the comprehesive treatment including compensation of fluid,diuresis,haemodialysis and systematic alimentotherapy serum potassium,creatinine and urea were decrease.Renal function came back to normal level in 10 cured case.Conclusion Observation of renal function can use to the diagnosis of crush syndrome and prospect its recovery.
