发展风力发电是世界能源可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,我国内陆地区风力发电的发展应在全国总体规划的基础上落实具体的发展目标。风力发电总图运输设计以研究风力发电场址选择、风力发电场平面布置等为对象,在分析风能资源、电网接纳等条件下,提出了内陆地区风力发电场址选择和规划设计。
