基于数值仿真原理,采用非线性有限元软件ANSYS/LS—DYNA对一艘3000t油船撞击桥墩进行仿真计算.考虑了材料非线性、几何非线性和接触非线性,建立了船桥碰撞有限元模型.分析了碰撞过程中能量、速度、碰撞力的变化,并将碰撞力的大小与国内外规范进行了比较.结果表明:最大碰撞力的估算美国规范和沃辛计算值偏大,我国公路规范的计算值偏小,我国铁路规范计算值与仿真计算结果较接近.

Based on numerical simulation theory, the numerical simulation calculation of a 3 000 ton oil tanker impacting pier with the help of non-linear finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is finished. The finite element model of ship-bridge with considered material nonlinearity, geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity is built. The variation of energy, velocity and collision force during collision process are analyzed and the collision force is compared with the standards at home and abroad. The results indicate that the maximal collision forces of American standard and Woisin empirical formula is bigger than the simulation result, highway standard of our country is much smaller compared with the simulation result, and our railway code is the closest to the simulation result.
