目的测试修订版病人安全文化评估量表的信度、效度,为医院病人安全文化的测评提供有效工具,同时确定我院病人安全文化的优势区域和待改进区域.方法翻译美国医院病人安全文化评估问卷,将所形成的中文版量表对我院801名护士进行评估,以评价其信效度.结果中文版病人安全文化评估量表简便、易测,具有很高的信度和较高的效度.12个维度中,“组织的学习与持续改进”和“科室的团队合作”为优势区域,“人员配置”等6个为待改进区域.结论中文版病人安全文化评估量表具有较好的可信度和可靠性,有一定的实用价值.

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the revised version of Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale and to provide an effective tool for assessing patient safety culture in hospital,and to determine our advantage area and disadvantage area in patient safety culture.Methods The American questionnaire on patient safety culture assessment was translated into Chinese.The Chinese version of the questionnair was used to assess 801 nurses in our hospital.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version was evaluated.Results The Chinese version of Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale was simple to apply and had higher reliability and validity.In 12 dimensions,'organizational learning and continuous improvement' and 'department team cooperation' belonged to the advantage areas and ‘personnel allocation' and other five items belonged to the disadvantage area.Conclusions The Chinese version of Patient Safety Culture Assessment Scale has better validity and reliability and has certain practical value.
