目的观察近视眼LASIK手术后调节幅度的变化情况.方法 37例近视患者平均年龄(29.1±2.4)岁,LASIK手术前及术后1周和1月分别用移近法和负镜片法测量单眼的调节幅度,采用t检验分析手术前后调节幅度的变化.结果术前平均等效球镜度(-6.38±1.23 )D.术前推进法和负镜片法测的调节幅度为(8.32±2.1)D和(5.86±1.74)D,术后1周两种方法测得的调节幅度分别为(6.54±1.82)D和(4.15±1.63)D,与手术前相比差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).术后1月调节幅度为(8.24±1.76)D和(5.53±2.28)D,与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P均＞0.05).结论 LASIK手术对近视眼的调节功能有一定影响,近视眼术后调节幅度早期降低,1月后逐渐恢复.

Objective To investigate the changes in the amplitude of accommodation after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia.Methods Thirty-seven myopic patients (74 eyes) who underwent LASIK were included in the study with the mean age of 29.1± 2.4 and the spherical equal of -6.38± 1.23D.Amplitude of accommodation was measured monocularly using push-up test and minus lenses to blur before surgery,one week and one month after surgery.Results The amplitude of accommodation was 8.32± 2.1D and 5.86± 1.74D preoperatively with push-up test and minus lenses to blur,6.54± 1.82 and 4.15± 1.63D one week postoperatively,8.24±1.76 and 5.53± 2.28D one month postoperatively.With the paired t test,there was a significant difference between the preoperative and one-week postoperative amplitude of accommodation (P ＜0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the preoperative and one-month postoperative amplitude of accommodation (P ＞0.05).Conclusions The amplitude of accommodation in myopia may drop after LASIK in the early stage and gradually recover in about one month.
