目的 探讨儿童化学性眼外伤的最佳治疗时机和措施.方法 通过对2005年1月至2009年12月期间我院收治的19例(21眼)儿童化学性眼外伤的紧急处理及病理改变各期的积极救治,观察其转归.结果 因受伤严重程度、化学物质的种类、治疗时机等的不同,治疗转归各异.视力低于0.1,角膜留有中度浑浊,且新生血管长入,睑球部分粘连者3例(3眼);视力0.1 ~0.5之间,角膜留有轻度浑浊者4例(5眼);角膜清亮,视力0.6 ~1.0者10例(11眼),其中2例(2眼)因年幼视力检查不合作.结论 同等级烧伤中,酸性烧伤眼比碱性烧伤眼愈后好,且及时恰当得力的处理和救治,能大大减少儿童眼化学伤的并发症,并能最大限度地挽救视功能.

목적 탐토인동화학성안외상적최가치료시궤화조시.방법 통과대2005년1월지2009년12월기간아원수치적19례(21안)인동화학성안외상적긴급처리급병리개변각기적적겁구치,관찰기전귀.결과 인수상엄중정도、화학물질적충류、치료시궤등적불동,치료전귀각이.시력저우0.1,각막류유중도혼탁,차신생혈관장입,검구부분점련자3례(3안);시력0.1 ~0.5지간,각막류유경도혼탁자4례(5안);각막청량,시력0.6 ~1.0자10례(11안),기중2례(2안)인년유시력검사불합작.결론 동등급소상중,산성소상안비감성소상안유후호,차급시흡당득력적처리화구치,능대대감소인동안화학상적병발증,병능최대한도지만구시공능.
Objective To study the best timing of treatment and measures for chemical ocular trauma in children.Method From January 2005 to December 2009,in our hospital 19 case (21 eyes) with chemical ocular trauma in children accepted emergent treatment,and the out-come was observed.Results The disease outcome depended on the severity of injury,types of chemical substances,and timing of treatment.The visual acuity (VA) was less than 0.1 in 3 cases (3 eyes) with moderate corneal opacity,neovascularization,and partial symblepharon; 0.1 ~ 0.5 in 4 cases (5 eyes) with mild corneal opacity; 0.6 ~ 1.0 in 10 cases (11 eyes) with transparent cornea; The VA could not be tested because the remaining 2 patients (2 eyes) were too young to be cooperative.Conclusion The prognosis of acid burn is better than alkali burns in same level,timely and efficient processing will greatly reduce the complications of chemistry,and save the visual function in maximum.
