以氯化十六烷基吡啶(C16PyCl)为模板剂,在不同条件下合成了一系列介孔TiO2(m-TiO2),分别用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和BET比表面测定等技术对介孔TiO2的结构、晶相和比表面积进行了表征,探讨了模板剂、溶剂、溶液pH、老化温度和C16 PyCl/TTIP摩尔比的影响.结果表明,在本实验条件下,最佳合成条件是C16PyCl为模板剂,溶剂为C2 H5OH,pH=7~8,老化温度20℃,C16PyCl/TTIP摩尔比为2.

A series of mesoporous TiO2 oxide (m-TiO2) were synthesized using n-cetylpyridinium chloride (C16PyCl) as a structure-directing agent under completely different conditions. The as-synthesized mesoporous samples were characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD, and N2 adsorption methods. Effects of template, solvent, pH, aged temperature and C16 PyCl/TTIP molar ratio on the structure and stability of m-TiO2 were discussed. The results indicate that the properties of m-TiO2 synthesized with C16PyCl as template, C2 H5 OH as solvent, pH 7 ~8, aged temperature 20℃ and C16 PyCl/TTIP molar ratio 2 are superior to that of m-TiO2 prepared with other conditions.
