目的 观察胸腺肽辅助治疗对浸润型肺结核血浆内皮素(endotbelin,ET)变化的影响及其临床疗效.方法 将128例浸润型肺结核患者随机分为治疗组68例和对照组60例,观察两组患者治疗前后血浆内皮素变化、肺部病灶改变及痰菌阴转情况.结果 治疗前两组患者血浆内皮素均明显增高P>0.05,两组治疗后自身比较血浆内皮素均有明显降低,治疗组优于对照组,有显著性差异P<0.01.治疗2个月后痰菌阴转结果 ,治疗组为94%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异P<0.01.病灶吸收率,治疗组为97%、对照组为76.6%,治疗组优与对照组,差异显著P<0.01.结论 胸腺肽辅助治疗肺结核,可降低血浆内皮素,缩短痰菌转阴时间,加快肺部病灶吸收.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of thymosin adjuvant therapy, and serum endothelin changes of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into therapy group (68 cases) and control group (60 cases). Changes of plasma en-dotbelin, pulmonary lesions and sputum negative conversion were observed. Results Plasma endothelin of both groups increased (P > 0. 05) before the treatment, while plasma endothelin of both groups decreased significantly after the treatment. Rate of sputum negative conversion after 2 months' treatment were 94.0% and 73.3% respectively,and therapy group was higher than control group(P <0.01). Conclusions Thymosin adjuvant therapy can improve endo-thelial function, decrease plasma endothelin concentration, shorten sputum negative conversion time, and speed up ab-sorption of pulmonary lesions.
