研究了不同激素种类、浓度、处理时间、处理方式和育苗基质对苗木扦插成活率的影响.结果表明:合理运用IBA和NAA可以显著提高苗木扦插成活率,两者的应用效果均优于市售生根粉,且IBA的效果比NAA好:IBA和NAA的使用浓度以50~100 mg/L为宜,处理时间IBA为4~8 h、NAA为1~4 h;以泥沾方式沾取激素以及采用泥炭土与蛭石的比例为1:1的混合基质更有利于插条的成活.

Treatments including different hormones, different hormone concentrations, different hormone treating times, different hormone treating methods and different medium were applied on plant cutting nursery. Survival rates of different treatments were investigated. The results showed that: IBA and NAA improved survival rates of cuttings evidently, more than rooting powder, and IBA was more than NAA. The suitable hormone concentration was 50-100 mg/L The suitable treating time was 4-8 h for IBA, 1-4 h for NAA. Hormone was applied by mixing mud, and using peaty soil : vermiculite hl as medium were favourable to plant cutting nursery.
