按照规范方法,对河南省南湾水库2008年2月~2009年1月的浮游蓝藻时间与分布动态进行了监测研究.结果表明,南湾水库浮游蓝藻在6~10月易于形成优势,其中微囊藻属种类比较多见,仲冬到初春浮游蓝藻比较少见;库区浮游蓝藻分布不均匀,受河流影响大的库区浮游蓝藻动态与河流中的浮游蓝藻动态存在正向关联性,春季在饮用水源一级保护区的边界处监测到较高数量的微囊藻;6~12月,应警惕浮游蓝藻可能污染饮用水源.

Based on the standard method, the dynamics of floating blue-green algae in Nanwan reservoir in Henan province were assayed from February 2008 to January 2009, the results showed the floating blue-green algae in this reservoir had become dominant from the start of June to the end of October and less from the middle winter to the next earlier spring. Microcystis was usually found and often presented in higher numbers in most sample sites. The algae spatial distributions were not uniform and a positively dynamic correlation of which was set up between the reservoir and its inflow rivers. However, a higher Microcystis was found in the spring in the boundary of the first grade area for protecting the drinking water resource because the reservoir has been the only drinking water resource to Xinyang City of Henan province at present. It is imperative to assess the algae dynamic and take measures to prevent the pollutions from June to October.
