目的:从乳酸乳球菌中选育Nisin高产菌株.方法:利用超声波对乳酸乳球菌进行诱变,并用琼脂扩散法检测其效价.结果:获得一突变菌株S-1,该菌株的生物效价为343.53IU/mL,比原始菌株提高31.52%.结论:突变株S-1遗传性能稳定,为进一步菌种选育奠定基础.
目的:從乳痠乳毬菌中選育Nisin高產菌株.方法:利用超聲波對乳痠乳毬菌進行誘變,併用瓊脂擴散法檢測其效價.結果:穫得一突變菌株S-1,該菌株的生物效價為343.53IU/mL,比原始菌株提高31.52%.結論:突變株S-1遺傳性能穩定,為進一步菌種選育奠定基礎.
목적:종유산유구균중선육Nisin고산균주.방법:이용초성파대유산유구균진행유변,병용경지확산법검측기효개.결과:획득일돌변균주S-1,해균주적생물효개위343.53IU/mL,비원시균주제고31.52%.결론:돌변주S-1유전성능은정,위진일보균충선육전정기출.
Objective: Screening mutant strain with high production of Nisin from Lactococcus Lactis ssp.lactis. Method: A strain of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis was treated by ultrasonic as mutagenic agent, and its Nisin activity was determined by the agar diffusion assay. Result: A variant strain named S-1 was obtained, and its Nisin yield was 343.53 IU/mL, which was 31.52% higher than that of the primitive strain. The hereditary characters of the mutant were stable after several subcultures. Conclusion: The genetic stability of the mutant S-1 was good, and it laid a foundation for the further research.
