以对苯二甲醛为原料,制得对苯基双异硫氰酸酯,再和L构型的氨基酸反应制得11种含有双杂环基团的对苯基双乙内酰硫脲类衍生物,其中有9种未见文献报道.产物经~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR和元素分析得到了确认和表征.
以對苯二甲醛為原料,製得對苯基雙異硫氰痠酯,再和L構型的氨基痠反應製得11種含有雙雜環基糰的對苯基雙乙內酰硫脲類衍生物,其中有9種未見文獻報道.產物經~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR和元素分析得到瞭確認和錶徵.

Eleven p-phenyl-bis-thiohydantoins derivatives containing two heterocyclic structures were synthesized from L-amino acid and p-phenylene diisothiocyanate,which was obtained from p-phenyl-dimethanal.Among these products nine of them have not been reported previously.The title compounds reported were characterized by means of ~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR and elemental analysis.
