目的 观察电针对炎症疼痛大鼠下丘脑脑啡肽(ENK)、脊髓孤啡肽(OFQ)含量的影响,探讨单穴电针治疗慢性炎症疼痛的机制.方法 将SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、针剌组、电针组,酶联免疫法检测大鼠下丘脑ENK与脊髓腰段OFQ的含量.结果 与正常组比,模型组大鼠下丘脑ENK与脊髓腰段OFQ的含量无明显升高(P>0.05);单侧针刺组下丘脑ENK与脊髓OFQ含量比模型组升高(P<0.01、P<0.05),单侧电针组下丘脑ENK与脊髓OFQ含量比模型组升高(P<0.01、P<0.05).结论 单穴针刺与电针可缓解慢性炎症疼痛,其机制可能是与加强中枢ENK、OFQ的合成和释放有关.

목적 관찰전침대염증동통대서하구뇌뇌배태(ENK)、척수고배태(OFQ)함량적영향,탐토단혈전침치료만성염증동통적궤제.방법 장SD대서수궤분위4조:정상조、모형조、침랄조、전침조,매련면역법검측대서하구뇌ENK여척수요단OFQ적함량.결과 여정상조비,모형조대서하구뇌ENK여척수요단OFQ적함량무명현승고(P>0.05);단측침자조하구뇌ENK여척수OFQ함량비모형조승고(P<0.01、P<0.05),단측전침조하구뇌ENK여척수OFQ함량비모형조승고(P<0.01、P<0.05).결론 단혈침자여전침가완해만성염증동통,기궤제가능시여가강중추ENK、OFQ적합성화석방유관.
Objective To observe the influences of electroacupuncture on the content of hypothalamus enkephalin(ENK)and spinal orphanin FQ(OFQ)in rats with chronic inflammatory pain,and investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture in single acupoint in the treatment of chronic inflammatory pain.Method All SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,acupuncture group,and electroacupuncture group.The content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Result In the model group the content of hypothalamus ENK and spinal OFQ did not increase(P>0.05)compared with those in the normal group,and those increased respectively in the acupuncture group(P<0.01,P<0.05)and the electroacupuncture group (P<0.01,P<0.05)compared with those in the model group.Conclusion Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in single acupoint can relieve chronic inflammatory pain,and the mechanism may be related to the improvement of ENK and OFQ synthesis and release in central nervous system.
