目的结合文献资料复习,提高女性原发性尿道恶性黑色素瘤的诊疗水平.方法回顾性分析1例女性原发性尿道恶性黑色素瘤患者临床资料.结果病例行尿道癌根治术+回肠膀胱术,术后病理证实为尿道恶性黑色素瘤,浸及尿道全层及阴道浆膜面,阴道黏膜及肌层未见癌,膀胱、双侧附件、子宫体、宫颈未见癌,双侧盆腔淋巴结未见转移癌.已随访1年,无肿瘤复发或转移.结论女性原发性尿道恶性黑色素瘤为临床罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,预后差,早期诊断、及时手术是治疗的关键.

Objectives To improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant melanoma of the female urethra (PMMFU) by reviewing medical literature.Methods One case of PMMFU was retrospectively analyzed.Results The patient has received radical removal of all of the urethra and creation of ileal reservoir.Pathology confirmed the diagnosis of PMMFU after surgery; the tumor extends into all part of the urethra and serosal surface of the vagina.No tumor cell has found in membrane,muscularis of the vagina,bladder,both sides of the accessory,uterus and cervix.Also the pelvic lymph node has no involvement.There was no tumor recurrence or distant metastasis after 1 year of follow - up.Conclusions PMMFU was rare and higher grade than other tumors,with its bad prognosis.So that Early diagnosis and operation are the essential therapy.
