Th17 cell represent a new subset of CD4+ CD effector T cells,some factors.Such as STAT3 and RORγt as well as RORα are involved in the differentiation and regulations of the Th17 cells.Recently,researches demonstrate that Th17 cells and its related Cytokines play crucial roles in the development of bronchial asthma,which may contribute to airway inflammation of bronchial asthma,airway remodeling and hyperresponsiveness.
