随着社会和行业的飞速发展,工程管理专业对学生的综合素质要求越来越高。成都大学根据专业建设的地方优势,探索出一条适应现代化发展的工程管理专业的人才培养模式与特色化发展道路,表现为：拥有一支＂双师型＂的教师队伍,建立＂理论＋实践＋培训＂的人才培养模式和复合型的课程体系,重视课程建设、产学研合作改革和素质教育。

With the rapid development of society and industry,professional project management requires overall quality of the students.Chengdu University in accordance with the professional development of local advantages,explore a developing way of modern development of project management to adapt to the professional training model and characteristics of the development path,as follows：owing a team of ＂dual identities＂ of the teachers,establishing the model of ＂theory＋practice＋training＂ and the compound of the curriculum,emphasizing on curriculum development and reform,quality education and research cooperation.
