广深高速公路自2002~2003年对全线进行SMA-13罩面维修,路面在超负荷、不限载的重交通环境下运营4年多后,路基段路面基本保持良好状态,但局部路段(长安~新桥段5km范围)桥面出现较为严重的车辙,最大深度达83mm,严重影响行车安全。经过对该段沥青混凝土桥面产生车辙的原因进行内、外在影响因素的研究和分析,提出维修对策,供同行参考借鉴。

Since Overlay maintenance by SMA-13 in 2002-2003,under more than 4 years of overloading traffic operating,the pavement of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway at the embankment sections has basically maintained good conditions,while quite serious ruts appears at some bridge deck pavement(within 5 km between Chang'an and Xinqiao),some even as deep as 83mm,which has seriously influenced traffic safety.Study and analysis for external and internal causes have been conducted,successful maintenance measures have been provided for reference.
