随着分子靶向治疗药物的应用,出现了某些非传统化疗药物引起的药物不良反应.QT间期的延长就是其中一种,它可导致致命性心律失常的发生.引起QT间期延长的分子靶向治疗药物包括组蛋白脱乙酰基酶抑制剂、多靶点酪氨酸激酶抑制剂、新生血管抑制剂、法基尼转移酶抑制剂、Ser/Abl蛋白激酶抑制剂和蛋白酶激C抑制剂等.

Utilization of molecularly targeted agents has induced various of drug adverse effects which are different from conventional chemotherapy. QT interval prolongation is one of them,it can induce fatal ar-rhythmia. Molecularly targeted agents that can prolong QT interval include histone deacetylase inhibitors, multi-targeted tyrosinc kinase inhibitors, vascular disruption agents,farnesyl protein transferase inhibitors,Src/Abl ki-nase inhibitors and protein kinase C inhibitors.
