采用1,4-丁二醇水溶液作为萃取剂,微波辐射从麦秸中提取木质素.研究了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、固液比和萃取剂质量分数对麦秸中木质素提取率的影响,得出其最佳提取条件:微波辐射功率900 W,微波辐射时间40 min,固液比1/12(g·mL~(-1)),萃取剂质量分数为90%,木质素萃取率为45.5%.

The lignin was extracted from straw with extractant of 1 ,4-butanediol solution by microwave radiation. Studies were conducted on the effects of microwave radiation power, microwave radiation time,solid-liquid ratio and mass fraction of extractant on the extraction yield of lignin. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows; microwave radiation power; 900 W, microwave radiation time; 40 min, solid-liquid ratio:1/12(g ·mL~(-1)) , mass fraction of extractant: 90% . The extraction yield under such conditions was 45. 5% .
