目的 研究伊木萨克片对半去势雄性大鼠外周血中生殖激素水平的影响.方法 正常的雄性SD大鼠60只,随机取10只为正常组,余50只行右侧睾丸摘除后随机分为半去势空白组、男宝对照组、伊木萨克低、中、高剂量组,经相应药物干预6周后,检测外周血生殖激素水平变化.结果 (1)T:半去势空白组显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而伊木萨克片低、中、高剂量组经相应干预后,低剂量组与中剂量组显著高于半去势空白组(P<0.05),但低于正常对照组(P<0.05):男宝组与去势空白组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),并显著低于正常对照组(P>0.05),男宝组显著低于伊木萨克片各剂量组(P<0.05).LH:去势空白组显著高于正常组(P<0.05),伊木萨克各片剂量组则显著低于半去势空白组(P<0.05);男宝组与半去势空白组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),伊木萨克各片剂量组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);FSH:各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);PRL:半去势空白组较正常组显著降低(P<0.05),而伊木萨克各剂量组则显著高于半去势空白组与男宝组(P<0.05),男宝组显著高于去势空白组(P<0.05).E2:半去势空白组、伊木萨克各片剂量组及男宝组均显著低于正常组(P<0.05),伊木萨克片各剂量组及男宝组亦低于半去势空白组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 (1)半去势后外周血中睾酮与雌二醇含量均显著降低,LH含量升高,而PRL含量则降低;(2)维药伊木萨克片可显著提高半去势雄性大鼠外周血中睾酮水平,机制可能与该药作用于下丘脑,调节LH与PRL含量有关.

목적 연구이목살극편대반거세웅성대서외주혈중생식격소수평적영향.방법 정상적웅성SD대서60지,수궤취10지위정상조,여50지행우측고환적제후수궤분위반거세공백조、남보대조조、이목살극저、중、고제량조,경상응약물간예6주후,검측외주혈생식격소수평변화.결과 (1)T:반거세공백조현저저우정상대조조(P<0.05),이이목살극편저、중、고제량조경상응간예후,저제량조여중제량조현저고우반거세공백조(P<0.05),단저우정상대조조(P<0.05):남보조여거세공백조지간무현저성차이(P>0.05),병현저저우정상대조조(P>0.05),남보조현저저우이목살극편각제량조(P<0.05).LH:거세공백조현저고우정상조(P<0.05),이목살극각편제량조칙현저저우반거세공백조(P<0.05);남보조여반거세공백조지간적차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),이목살극각편제량조지간무현저성차이(P>0.05);FSH:각조간무현저성차이(P>0.05);PRL:반거세공백조교정상조현저강저(P<0.05),이이목살극각제량조칙현저고우반거세공백조여남보조(P<0.05),남보조현저고우거세공백조(P<0.05).E2:반거세공백조、이목살극각편제량조급남보조균현저저우정상조(P<0.05),이목살극편각제량조급남보조역저우반거세공백조,단조간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 (1)반거세후외주혈중고동여자이순함량균현저강저,LH함량승고,이PRL함량칙강저;(2)유약이목살극편가현저제고반거세웅성대서외주혈중고동수평,궤제가능여해약작용우하구뇌,조절LH여PRL함량유관.
Objeetive To study the effects of Yimusake tablet on levels of serum reproductive hormones in hemicastrated male rats.Methods Total of sixty male sprague-dwaley rats were used in the study.Ten of them were randomly enrolled in the control group.After their right testes were removed,the other fifty rats werc divided into five groups including the blank group,Nanbao group,low-dose Yimusake group,medium-dose Yimusake group and highdose Yimusake group.After drug treatment for six weeks later,serum hormones of all rats were detected.Results (1)The level of testosterone (T) in the Blank Group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention with low,medium and high-dose Yimusake tablet,the levels of testosterone in the Low-dose group and the medium-dose group were obviously higher than that in the blank group of hemicastration (P<0.05),but lower than that in the control group.(2)There was no significant difference in the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) between the Nanbao group and the Blank Group,as well as between the Yimusake dose groups (P>0.05).(3) There was no significant difference in the level of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) (P>0.05);(4) The level of PRL in the Blank Group was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).However,the level of PRL in the Yimusake groups were higher than that in the blank group and the Nanbao group (P<0.05),and PRL level in the Nanbao group was higher than that in the Blank Group (P<0.05).(5) the level of E2 in the Blank Group,Yimusake groups and Nanbao group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the level of E2 in Yimusake groups and Nanbao group were lower than that in the Blank Group.But the difference between these groups had no statistic significance (P>0.05).Conclusion(1) After hemicastration,levels of testosterone,estradiol and PRL in rats significantly decreased,whereas the level of LH increased.(2)Yimusake tablet might affect hypothalamus and then regulate the content of LH and PRL,further improved the level of testosterone in peripheral blood of hemicastration rat.
