    We gave the distribution of the intensity areas of Ruili M_S4.9 Earthquake,introduced in detail the structure characteristics of various buildings and their damages in intensity area,also the damage of lifeline engineerings and water resource facilities,and proceeded a preliminary analysis on the causes of those damages.
