目的:探讨绝经后妇女髋骨骨折与膳食因素的关系。方法:病例组选取初发的骨质疏松性髋骨骨折的女患[摘要]目的:探讨绝经后妇女髋骨骨折与膳食因素的关系。方法:病例组选取初发的骨质疏松性髋骨骨折的女患者30名,年龄66±6.5岁,对照组为无骨折的正常女性60名,年龄65.6±6.5岁,应用频数法调查研究对象近la内的膳食情况,并进行统计分析。结果:病例组摄入的热能、蛋白质、碳水化合物明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而钙的摄入明显低于对照组,尤其是乳类钙,病例组乳类钙占总钙的百分比为15.05%,对照组为36.09%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组的骨密度也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后妇女每日要保证一定量奶及奶制品的摄入,适宜摄取动物蛋白,并坚持适量的户外活动。

Objective:In order to investigate the relationship between diet and hip fracture in the postmenopausal women. Methods: Eligible as cases were women who were diagnosed as first hip fracture by Tianjin Hospital, those who had not hip fracture were defined as controls.30 cases and 60 controls were selected. Food frequency questionnaire was used in dietary survey, BMD was detected by DEXA, and the data were analyzed by t test. Results: the intake of carbohydrate, protein, energy, magnesium and zinc in the cases were higher than that in the controls, whereas, the calcium intake of the cases were lower than that of the controls, and there was significant difference between the two groups. BMD also had significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: The results indicate that the higher animal protein consumption may increase the risk of osteoporotic hip fracture, and dairy products have a protective effect for hip fracture. So it is recommended that postmenopausal women should increase the milk consumption.
