采用三甲胺和环氧氯丙烷为主要原料,以无水乙醇为溶剂,合成阳离子改性剂3-氯-2-羟丙基-三甲基氯化铵(CHFFMAC),并利用红外光谱对其进行表征.阳离子改性剂CHPTMAC对棉织物的优化改性工艺为:改性剂用量50 g/L,氢氧化钠用量11 g/L,90℃处理1 h,浴比1:25.按该工艺改性后,棉织物活性染色K/S值显著增加,摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度基本不变.

Taking trimethylamine and epichlorohydrin as the main raw materials and ethanol as a solvent, cationic modifier 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(CHPTMAC) was synthesized. The chemical structure was characterized by FI-IR. Optimum cationic modification process of cotton fabric was defined as follows: cationic modifier 50 g/L, sodium hydrox-ide 11 g/L, bath ratio 1:25, modifying at 90 ℃ for 1 hour. Results showed that the K/S value of the reactive dyeings modified with CHPTMAC increased significantly, while its color fastness to rubbing and soaping remained the same.
