目前免疫检验项目繁多,影响结果的因素十分复杂,过往大多数人认为免疫分析的质量控制主要取决于两个方面,即免疫分析药金的质量和操作者的质量水平,对分析前的质量控制并未引起注意.如:标本采集前的准备.标本的采集及运输过程,标本接收等都是个薄弱环节.依据我国推行的<医疗机构临床实验室管理办法>和ISO15189文件.免疫室应当有分析前质量保证措施,使标本的采集按分析前质量控制的要求进行,完善标本送检和接收制度.为分析中、分析后的质量控制奠定基础,最终达到实验室全程质量控制.
