考察不同种类的光引发剂及用量,不同官能度的单体及用量对光敏树脂光固化速度的影响.结果表明,选用吸收光谱与紫外光源发出的主波长较为一致的光引发剂,选用官能度较高的单体以及提高单体在光敏树脂中的含量,均可提高光固化速度.
攷察不同種類的光引髮劑及用量,不同官能度的單體及用量對光敏樹脂光固化速度的影響.結果錶明,選用吸收光譜與紫外光源髮齣的主波長較為一緻的光引髮劑,選用官能度較高的單體以及提高單體在光敏樹脂中的含量,均可提高光固化速度.

The influence of different kinds of photo initiators and their quantity, different monomers' functionality and quantity on the curing rate of photosensitive resin was investigated. The results show that selection of photo initiator, whose absorption spectrum corresponds to the main wave length of ultraviolet light source,the monomers with multifunction and the higher quantity of monomers in the photosensitive resin has positive effect on increasing the curing rate.
