对20MnMo钢与13MnMoNi54钢异种金属焊接接头的腐蚀行为进行了研究.将焊接接头先分别进行400、500、600℃热处理,然后再将其在硫酸钠和硫酸钾混合溶液中浸泡504h,通过对比腐蚀前后的金相组织、质量、测试腐蚀后的显微硬度,得出试样主要发生了局部腐蚀,焊接接头在400℃到500℃之间时,其焊缝耐腐蚀性能要优于母材、热影响区和熔合区.
對20MnMo鋼與13MnMoNi54鋼異種金屬銲接接頭的腐蝕行為進行瞭研究.將銲接接頭先分彆進行400、500、600℃熱處理,然後再將其在硫痠鈉和硫痠鉀混閤溶液中浸泡504h,通過對比腐蝕前後的金相組織、質量、測試腐蝕後的顯微硬度,得齣試樣主要髮生瞭跼部腐蝕,銲接接頭在400℃到500℃之間時,其銲縫耐腐蝕性能要優于母材、熱影響區和鎔閤區.

The corrosion behavior of 20MnMo/13MnMoNi54 welded joint was studied. The tested specimens were cut from the welded joint subjected to heat treatment at the temperature of 400℃ , 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ respectively, and then were put in the sodium sulfate and in the potassiumsulfate mix solution for 504 h. The microstructure, weight, and hardness of the tested specimens was measured and compared. The results show that local corrosion occurs mainly in the specimens, the corrosion resistance of the 20MnMo/13MnMoNi54 welded joint is better than that of the base metal, the heat-affected zone and the fusion zone metals between 400℃ and 500 ℃.
