渐开线凸轮是靠模式齿轮磨床的精密元件,其自身的形状误差是影响被磨齿轮齿廓偏差的主要因素之一.在分析了渐开线凸轮磨削原理的基础上,对比单基圆盘式凸轮磨削技术,介绍了双基圆盘式凸轮磨削装置的结构及其工作过程,建立了装置砂轮磨削接触线位置偏差造成磨削误差的数学模型,并分析出其对磨削精度造成的影响,为渐开线凸轮加工误差补偿理论研究提供了必要的理论基础.

The involute cam is used for generating tooth profile of an involute gear in gear grinder with involute cam-link stopper, and its profile error is one of the factors which decide the tooth form precision of gear. Compared with the single-disc grinding device, a double-disc grinding device is introduced. Based on analysis of work principle of grinding, the device's structure and working process are described, and the mathematical model of grinding error caused by position deviation of grinding tangent is established. The analysis and evaluation of the grinding error can be realized through the mode, which lay a theoretical foundation for the research on error compensation of grinding of involute cam.
