为了降低PZT压电陶瓷的烧结温度,研究了ZnO掺杂对Ba、Fe改性的PSN-PZT陶瓷的烧结温度和压电特性的影响.通过XRD和SEM测试手段,分析了微观结构和材料性能的关系.XRD结果显示所有样品均呈现四方钙钛矿结构.在ω(ZnO)<0.1%时陶瓷压电性能随ZnO的增加而提高;当ω(ZnO) =0.1%时,陶瓷样品同样展现出了优良的压电性能.这些结果证明了适量的ZnO掺杂可以降低陶瓷的烧结温度并提高压电性能.

The effects of ZnO addition on the sintering temperature and piezoelectric properties of PSN-PZT ceramic modified by Ba and Fe were investigated in this work,in order to decrease the sintering temperature of PZT piezoelectric ceramic.The relationship between the microstructure and properties was analyzed by means of XRD and SEM.The XRD patterns showed that all the ceramics exhibited the tetragonal perovskite structure.The piezoelectric properties are promoted when ZnO content is lower than 0.1wt.%. Meanwhile,the specimens with 0.1wt.% of ZnO addition also exhibited excellent piezoelectric properties.These results demonstrated that proper ZnO additive could decrease the sintering temperature and enhance the piezoelectric properties.
