目的 利用数据库保存和管理产科分娩资料实现产科信息的快速统计分析,为大范围临床研究提供技术支持.方法 对产科分娩资料进行整理,运用EpiData软件建立产科分娩资料数据库,录入全部1998年1月1日至2007年12月31日住院分娩15 102例产妇(孕周328周)的分娩资料.结果 Epidata数据库结构简单,数据库运行良好;在短期内实现了对10年产科分娩资料的电子化和统计分析,整个过程耗时2个月余.结论 产科分娩资料EpiData数据库对产科分娩相关数据的管理、统计分析具有较强的处理能力,使用简单方便,值得在临床科研中推广使用.

Objective In the help of database saving and managing the obstetrically puerperal da-ta, rapid statistics and analysis of obstetrically data had been achieved, which provides technical support for large - scale clinical investigation.Methods To coordinate the obstetrically puerperal data, database of obstetrically puerperal data was established by EpiData, with puerperal data of all the 15102 lying - in women(gestations>28 weeks) in hospital from Jan.1st, 1998 to Dec.31st, 2007.Results This database had a simple structure and runs well;it realized the "electronicalization" and statistics and analysis of the 10 - year obstetrically puerperal data in a short time, which cost more than 2 months.Conclusions EpiDa-ta database has great capabilities to deal with the management and statistics and analysis of the obstetrically puerperal data pertinent, and is easy to be employed.It merits wide employment in clinic investigation.
