建立了人体细胞间液多相模型,研究了人体细胞间液中Pr(Ⅲ)对Zn(Ⅱ)物种的作用.结果表明,Pr(Ⅲ)能够影响Zn(Ⅱ)的物种分布.Zn(Ⅱ)主要分布于[Zn(HSA)],[Zn(IgG)]和[Zn(Cys)2H]中.Pr(Ⅲ)不能与Zn(Ⅱ)竞争HSA和IgG配体;但是,Pr(Ⅲ)能够与Zn(Ⅱ)竞争磷酸盐和碳酸盐配体,这会引起Zn(Ⅱ)物种的重新分布.
建立瞭人體細胞間液多相模型,研究瞭人體細胞間液中Pr(Ⅲ)對Zn(Ⅱ)物種的作用.結果錶明,Pr(Ⅲ)能夠影響Zn(Ⅱ)的物種分佈.Zn(Ⅱ)主要分佈于[Zn(HSA)],[Zn(IgG)]和[Zn(Cys)2H]中.Pr(Ⅲ)不能與Zn(Ⅱ)競爭HSA和IgG配體;但是,Pr(Ⅲ)能夠與Zn(Ⅱ)競爭燐痠鹽和碳痠鹽配體,這會引起Zn(Ⅱ)物種的重新分佈.

A muti-phase model of metal ion speciation in human interstitial fluid has been constructed and the effect of Pr(Ⅲ) on Zn( Ⅱ ) speciation has also been studied. Results show that Pr(Ⅲ) ions influence the distribution of Zn( Ⅱ ) species. Zn( Ⅱ ) is mainly distributed as [Zn(HSA)], [Zn(IgG)] and [Zn(Cys)2 H]. Pr(Ⅲ) can not compete with Zn(Ⅱ) to form HSA and IgG complex, while it can compete with Zn( Ⅱ ) as phosphate and carbonate, causing the redistribution of Zn( Ⅱ ) species.
