应用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI-6400便携式光合测定系统,测定了6份扁蓿豆材料在大田条件下的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度等光合指标,并以苜蓿作为对照.结果表明:几种供试材料都存在光合午休现象,随光照强度的减弱,各种牧草的光合速率、气孔导度降低,胞间CO2浓度升高.在所测扁蓿豆材料中,采集于吉林和内蒙古乌兰察布盟地区的扁蓿豆材料具有较高的水分利用率,可作为今后节水抗旱育种的优良种质材料.

응용미국LI-COR공사생산적LI-6400편휴식광합측정계통,측정료6빈편숙두재료재대전조건하적광합속솔、기공도도、증등속솔、포간CO2농도등광합지표,병이목숙작위대조.결과표명:궤충공시재료도존재광합오휴현상,수광조강도적감약,각충목초적광합속솔、기공도도강저,포간CO2농도승고.재소측편숙두재료중,채집우길림화내몽고오란찰포맹지구적편숙두재료구유교고적수분이용솔,가작위금후절수항한육충적우량충질재료.
The photosynthesis characters of Melilotoides ruthenicus (L.)Sojak were studied, in contrast with Medicago sativa. The indexes including photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Cond) ,transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in the open air. The result showed that the mid-day depression of photosynthesis existed in all the tested materials ,with the decrease of photo intensity,the Pn and the Cond decreased ,the Ci went up. The water use efficiency of M. ruthenica collected from Jilin province and Wulanchabu league,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was higher than other tested Melilotoides, so they can be used as breeding material for drought resistance and water saving.
