目的 研究阿尔泰柴胡Bupleurum krylovianum Schischk.ex Kryl.的化学成分.方法 应用色谱技术分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构.结果 分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:①3,5,7-三羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基-黄酮(3,5,7-trihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxy-flavone),②槲皮素(quercetin),③异甘草素(isoliquiritigenin),④金丝桃苷(hyperoside),⑤5,2',4'-三羟基-6,7,5'-三甲氧基黄酮(5,2',4'-trihydroxy-6,7,5'-trimethoxyflavone),⑥5,8-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5,8-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone),⑦异鼠李素(isorhamnetin),⑧山萘酚(kaemferol).结论 以上8个化合物均首次从阿尔泰柴胡中分离得到.

목적 연구아이태시호Bupleurum krylovianum Schischk.ex Kryl.적화학성분.방법 응용색보기술분리순화,근거화합물이화성질화파보수거감정기결구.결과 분리병감정료8개화합물,분별위:①3,5,7-삼간기-3',4'-이갑양기-황동(3,5,7-trihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxy-flavone),②곡피소(quercetin),③이감초소(isoliquiritigenin),④금사도감(hyperoside),⑤5,2',4'-삼간기-6,7,5'-삼갑양기황동(5,2',4'-trihydroxy-6,7,5'-trimethoxyflavone),⑥5,8-이간기-6,7-이갑양기황동(5,8-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone),⑦이서리소(isorhamnetin),⑧산내분(kaemferol).결론 이상8개화합물균수차종아이태시호중분리득도.
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Altai Chaihu(Altai Bupleurum Root).Method Chromatographic technique waft used for isolation and purification of Altai Chaihu,and the structure was identified according to physiochemical property and spectrum data.Result There were 8 compounds isolated and identified,including①3,5,7-trihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxy-flavone,②quercetin,③isoliquiritigenin,④hyperoside,⑤5,2',4'-trihydroxy-6,7,5'-trimethoxyflavone,⑥5,8-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone,⑦isorhamnetin,and⑧kaemferol.Conclusion All of these 8 compounds are isolated from Altai Chaihu for the first time.
