目的 探讨刺五加对抑郁大鼠行为学及空间学习记忆能力的影响.方法 38只Sprague-Dawley雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组(8只)、正常+刺五加组(8只)、抑郁组(11只)和抑郁+刺五加组(11只),进行旷场试验,给予21 d慢性应激.应激结束后再次进行旷场试验,进行水迷宫测试,观察大鼠在Morris水迷宫内的学习记忆能力.结果 抑郁组大鼠的水平、垂直运动次数[分别为(29.2±3.8)次和(4.0±1.4)次]明显少于正常组[分别为(41.0±4.6)次和(7.3±2.1)次;P<0.01]和抑郁+刺五加组[分别为(41.2±4.5)次和(7.5±1.8)次;P<0.05];逃避潜伏期明显长于正常组(P<0.01)和抑郁+刺五加组(第1,2天P<0.05,第3~5天P<0.01).抑郁组大鼠出现在目标象限的频率、目标象限的游泳时间、40%圆环游泳距离与总距离比、40%圆环游泳时间与总时间比明显低于正常组(P<0.01)和抑郁+刺五加组(P<0.05).结论 刺五加可改善抑郁大鼠的空间学习记忆能力、纠正抑郁行为.

Objective To investigate effect of radix acanthopanacis senticosi(RAS)on behavi or,spatial learning and memory in rat depression model.Methods 38 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal(n=8),normal+RAS(n=8),depression(n=11)and depression+RAS(n=11).Open-field test was conducted,followed by chronic stress for 21 days.ODen-field was reinitiated after completion of stress,followed by Morris water maze test for 6 days.Behavior,spatial learning and memory of rats were observed in Morris water maze.Results Horizontal and vertical movement were significantly lower in depression group(29.2±3.8 and 4.0±1.4)than in normal group(41.0±4.6 and 7.3±2.1,P<0.01)and in depression+RAS group(41.2±4.5 and 7.5±1.8,P<0.05).Escape latency was significantly longer in depression group that in normal group(P<0.01)and depression+RAS group(the 1st day and the 2nd day,P<0.05;the 3rd-5th days,P<0.01).Occurrences frequency in target quadrant,time spent in target quadrant,pereentage of swimming distance in 40 percent toroid within total toroid,and percentage of swimming time in 40 percent toroid within total toroid were lower in depression group than in normal group(P<0.01)and depression+RAS group(P<0.05).Conclusion RAS is likely to improve spatial learning and depressive behavior in depression rats.
