目的:研究前列腺癌组织中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及其受体(IL-6R)和淋巴管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达水平及其相关性,探讨三者与前列腺癌生物学行为之间的关系.方法:①采用酶联免疫吸附反应(enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测26例前列腺癌及其相应癌旁组织中IL-6、IL-6R的表达水平;②运用免疫组织化学SP法检测前列腺癌及其相应癌旁组织中VEGF-C的表达情况.结果:①前列腺癌组织中IL-6、IL-6R的表达水平较相应癌旁组织显著提高(P<0.05),且二者呈明显正相关;②前列腺癌中VEGF-C的表达明显强于相应癌旁组织(P<0.05); ③IL-6、IL-6R和VEGF-C在前列腺癌中的表达水平与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等生物学行为显著相关.结论:①IL-6与IL-6R协同作用,可能在前列腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用;②VEGF-C与前列腺癌淋巴管浸润和转移有显著相关性,检测前列腺癌VEGF-C的表达能预示盆腔淋巴结是否转移.

목적:연구전렬선암조직중백세포개소-6(IL-6)급기수체(IL-6R)화림파관내피생장인자-C(VEGF-C)적표체수평급기상관성,탐토삼자여전렬선암생물학행위지간적관계.방법:①채용매련면역흡부반응(enzyme-Linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)검측26례전렬선암급기상응암방조직중IL-6、IL-6R적표체수평;②운용면역조직화학SP법검측전렬선암급기상응암방조직중VEGF-C적표체정황.결과:①전렬선암조직중IL-6、IL-6R적표체수평교상응암방조직현저제고(P<0.05),차이자정명현정상관;②전렬선암중VEGF-C적표체명현강우상응암방조직(P<0.05); ③IL-6、IL-6R화VEGF-C재전렬선암중적표체수평여종류적림상분기、분화정도、유무림파결전이등생물학행위현저상관.결론:①IL-6여IL-6R협동작용,가능재전렬선암적발생、발전중기중요작용;②VEGF-C여전렬선암림파관침윤화전이유현저상관성,검측전렬선암VEGF-C적표체능예시분강림파결시부전이.
Objective:To study the expression and correlation of interleukin-6 (IL-6), IL-6 receptor (IL-6R) and vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in the prostate cancer, and to investigate the relationship be-bent assay (ELISA) was used for detection of the expression level of IL-6 and IL-6R in 26 eases prostate cancer cantly higher than those in their adjacent tissues with a positive correlation between IL-6 and IL-6R levels (P< icantly associated with the lymphatic invasion and metastases in prostate cancer. Examination of VEGF-C expres-sion may be beneficial in the prediction of pelvic lymph node metastasis of prostate cancer.
