制备了固体超强酸催化剂SO_4~(2-)/CeO_2,探索了合成D,L-交酯的催化剂的最优条件:用表面活性剂十二胺制备介孔二氧化铈,1 mol·L~(-1)的硫酸浸渍24h,500℃焙烧5h制备的SO_4~(2-)/CeO_2固体超强酸酸性强、催化活性好.并得到此催化剂合成D,L-丙交酯最优工艺条件:催化剂用量是乳酸质量的1.0%,脱水齐聚化温度为60℃-130℃,时间1.5h,解聚温度150℃~210℃,时间90min,此时丙交酯收率最高,达62.3%.

Solid superacid SO_4~(2-)/CeO_2 catalysts were prepared and the effects of preparation conditions on their catalytic performances for the synthesis of D,L-lactide from lactic acid were studied. The catalyst prepared by impregnating the mesoporous CeO_2 in 1 mol·L-1 H_2SO_4 with dodecylamine as surfactant for 24 h and then calcining at 500℃ for 5h showed high acid strength and good activity, and with this catalyst, the yield of D,L-lactide was up to 62.3% under the optimized reaction conditions: mass ratio of catalyst to lactic acid 1:100, dehydrating at 60℃~130℃ for 1.5h under decreased pressure to form lactic oligomer and then decomposing the oligomer at 150℃~210℃ to collect D,L-lactide for 90 min.
