通过对SO_2气体在紫外光区间吸收光谱的分析,以差分吸收光谱技术原理为基础,通过改进数据处理方法,得到了气体浓度与光谱参量间的函数关系,建立了自动监测系统模型,实现了烟道气体SO_2浓度的在线实时监测.实验结果表明,监测系统的探测限为3×10~(-6),最大测量误差为7.4%,基本满足烟道气体的监测要求,且不易受外界环境的干扰,易操作维护,成本低,在环境保护方面具有广阔的市场前景.

In order to measure sulfur dioxide concentration in the flue gas , the establishment of a monitoring system. Through the analysis about the spectroscopy of sulphur dioxide in the UV absorption spectra based on differential optical absorption spectroscopy technolgy. By improved data-processing methods, the establishment relationship between the gas concentration and spectral parameters of sulphur dioxide gas concentrations to achieve real-time online monitoring. Experimental results show that the measurement system detection limit of 3×10~(-6), the largest measuring error of 7.4%. The system of detecting flue gas to meet monitoring requirements, vulnerable to the external interference, easy operation and maintenance, have great market prospects.
