辛亥革命武昌首义之后,各省纷纷响应,安徽独立光复迟缓。安徽最早爆发的寿州淮上军的光复独立,其社会动员、革命发动、势力拓展进程等都带有安徽辛亥革命由城乡光复再促进中心城市独立光复的鲜明特点。由此出发,考察安徽辛亥革命的类型划分和淮上军起义可进一步丰富辛亥革命史的研究。

After Wuchang Uprising in 1911,all the provinces responded promptly to it,but Anhui was late to be recovered.The earliest recovery and independence in Anhui by the Huai Army including the social mobilization,revolution motivation and influence expansion was characterized with Anhui 1911 Revolution,that is,recovery of central cities after the cities and towns were liberated.Therefore,study on the type classification of the Anhui 1911 Revolution and the uprising of the Huai Army can enrich and further explore the research of history of the 1911 Revolution.recovery from the cities recovery o Anhui＇s 1911 Revolution.
